FUNCIONALIDAD Y SATISFACCION EN FAMILIAS NUCLEARES SEGUN EL MODELO CIRCUMPLEJO DE OLSON. PROPUESTA TALLER DE INTERVENCION FAMILIAR PSICOEDUCATIVO EDIFICANDO UNA MEJOR FAMILIA

Resumen
La Familia ha sido y seguirá siendo el escenario de múltiples acontecimientos; el espacio de vivencias, donde se adquieren las primeras experiencias afectivas, valores, concepción del mundo y satisfacciones. Contexto para el sano desarrollo de la personalidad, pero también puede ser el principal foco de disturbios emocionales. El objetivo de este estudio, fue describir la Funcionalidad y Satisfacción Familiar, de acuerdo al modelo Circumplejo de Olson y diseñar un plan de intervención que potencialice la cohesión y adaptabilidad familiar. El diseño metodológico de enfoque cualitativo, se basó en recolectar información a través de la aplicación de los Instrumentos de Evaluación del Funcionamiento Familiar y la Entrevista Circular semiestructurada las familias tomadas como unidad de análisis.
Mayoritariamente las familias se ubicaron en el tipo separada 7 de 10 familias, equivalente al 70%, en cuanto a la cohesión real y en el Nivel flexible, 5 de 10 equivalente al 50%, en cuanto a la adaptabilidad real. Es importante recalcar que en la identificación de la cohesión ideal el tipo de familia es unida. Mientras que en la adaptabilidad ideal, todas las familias se situaron a nivel caótica; Posterior al análisis de los datos se estableció que es imperante la intervención oportuna a través de talleres que serán coadyuvantes al desarrollo de habilidades que potencialicen la cohesión y la adaptabilidad; así también la comunicación que está implícita en estas dos dimensiones. Vaciada la información en el grafico del modelo Circumplejo, el 50% de las familias son funcionales y el restante 50 % son tendientes a la disfuncionalidad.

Context for healthy personality development, but also can be the focus of emotional disturbances. The objective was to describe Family Functionality and Satisfaction per Olson's Circumplex model, and to design an intervention plan that would enhance family cohesion and adaptability. The methodological design of a qualitative approach was based on the collection of information through the application of the Family Performance Assessment Tool and the semi-structured Circular Interview; the families are taken as a unit of analysis. Most families were placed in the 7-out of 10 families, 70% of the total, in terms of real cohesion and in the Flexible Level, 5 out of 10, equivalent to 50%, in terms of actual adaptability. It is important to emphasize that in the identification of ideal cohesion the type of family is united. While in ideal adaptability, all families were placed on a chaotic level; after the analysis of the data it was established that it is imperative the timely intervention through workshops that will contribute to the development of skills that enhance cohesion and adaptability; As well as the communication that is implicit in these two dimensions.
