The incidence of preterm births is generated by various factors, being urinary tract infection a leading especially in pregnant teens. Studies on the frequency of these infections, treatment and subsequent management have been in our midst. Asymptomatic bacteriuria, constitutes one of the most common infections, presenting increased risk of symptomatic if not be treated properly and cause birth urinary tract infection to evolve I preterm especially when you have associated risk factors. In turn the most frequent bacteria is Escherichia Coli. Taking into account that urinary tract infections are reason for consultation frequent in primary care during pregnancy and the fact that pregnant adolescents are a high risk group for maternal and fetal complications that can be prevented through the diagnostic, management timely and appropriate this pathology.
