Resumen
El presente trabajo de titulación, “Diseño de un muro de contención en un tramo del malecón Eloy Alfaro del Cantón Vinces”, se ha realizado con el fin de entregar una propuesta estructural de manera segura, económica y sustentable.
El análisis estructural cumple con las normativas vigentes de la norma Ecuatoriana de la Construcción NEC-15 y la norma American Concrete Institute ACI- 318S-14, además de tomar referencias de texto de ingeniería para el desarrollo del proyecto de manera adecuada.
En el desarrollo de la misma se utilizaron varias herramientas informáticas, tales como: Software AutoCAD y Paquetes de Office para los respectivos cálculos.
Al final se presenta el diseño estructural definitivo que dio como resultado un muro de contención de 7,60 metros de alto. Con este proyecto se pretende beneficiar a la población del cantón Vinces.
The present titration work, "Design of a retaining wall in a section of the Eloy Alfaro del Cantón Vinces boardwalk", has been made in order to deliver a structural proposal in a safe, economical and sustainable manner. The structural analysis complies with the current regulations of the Ecuadorian Construction Standard NEC-15 and the American Concrete Institute ACI- 318S-14 standard, as well as taking references of engineering text for the development of the project in an appropriate manner. In the development of the same several computer tools were used, such as: Software AutoCAD and Packages of Office for the respective calculations. At the end, the final structural design that resulted in a retaining wall of 7.60 meters high is presented. This project is intended to benefit the population of the canton of Vinces.
