Estudio y diseño del centro de investigación y desarrollo para la innovación en salud en la Universidad de Guayaquil

Resumen
La Universidad de Guayaquil es uno de los más grandes establecimientos público
de Educación Superior del Ecuador, por tal razón es necesario incrementar
infraestructura tecnológica en los clúster de Medicina, Agroindustrias y Arquitectura
por eso la elección del tema que se realizara en el campus Mapasingue: estudio y
diseño del centro de investigación y desarrollo para la innovación en salud en la
universidad de Guayaquil, el punto de partida de la investigación es la creación de
laboratorios científicos con tecnologías adaptada al siglo en que vivimos, que
contribuirán al mejoramiento de los conocimientos de los estudiantes en el proceso
de educación, para así obtener un mayor desarrollo y competitividad que la
sociedad actual requiere. El conocimiento se genera principalmente en los centros
de investigación, desarrollo e innovación ya que en la vida real se ha vuelto mucho
más complejo, demanda respuestas más rápidas, siendo necesario la conformación
de grupos de investigación más grandes, multidisciplinarios, y con presencia de
personal internacional. La inversión ciencia y tecnología en Ecuador no se compara
con las que realizan en países desarrollados e inclusive países con economía
similares. El presente trabajo se desarrolla con fines de tener una estructura
organizacional de centros representativos a nivel nacional e internacional, respectoa su productividad, académica y económica. Esto ayudaría a cumplir los parámetros
del CEACES que son educación e infraestructura mejorando la excelencia
académica, estos nos ayudaría a plantear una arquitectura sustentable moderna
que cumpla con los requerimientos necesarios para la implementación de
laboratorios de investigación y así integrarlos con el entorno.
Para la realización del estudio y diseño del centro de investigación, se relevó
información para verificar el universo estudiantil, mediante recopilación documental
y además se aplicó entrevista para determinar las facultades técnicas; y también la
observación para identificar el estado actual del campus mediante la aplicación de
fichas técnicas descriptivas; se identificaron las necesidades de espacios de
usuarios y prestatarios, mediante encuestas y entrevistas respectivamente. Es una
propuesta urbana – constructivo que contempla la zonificación de los laboratorios
considerando criterios de materiales, ahorro energético, accesibilidad, movilidad
peatonal e integración con los diferentes bloques.

The present work is developed with the purpose of having an organizational structure of representative centers at a national and international level, regarding its productivity, Academic and Economic. This would help to meet CEACES parameters that are education and infrastructure and thus improve academic excellence, and these would help us to propose a modern sustainable architecture that meets the necessary requirements to be able to set up research laboratories and thus integrate them with the environment. To carry out the Study and design of the Research Center, information was collected to verify the student universe, by means of a documentary compilation and an interview was also applied to determine the technical faculties; and also the observation to identify the current state of the campus through the application of descriptive technical cards; the needs of user and borrower spaces were identified, through surveys and interviews respectively. It is an urban - constructive proposal that contemplates the zoning of the laboratories considering material criteria, energy saving, accessibility, pedestrian mobility and integration with the different blocks.
