Resumen
El tema en sí se enfoca en realizar un análisis y estudio, rescatando los tipos de viviendas del sector y adaptarlos o combinarlos con la Arquitectura moderna.
Para mejorar la calidad de vida es una responsabilidad que conlleva como futuro arquitecto en estudiar y analizar la eficacia del ambiente construido y en la conciencia de la eficiencia energética. Todos estos problemas son esenciales e importantes para la sociedad en un determinado tiempo y lugar, de brindarles una respuesta fundamental de cómo y dónde manejar una buena relación entre la arquitectura y el ambiente donde respondan a obtener un buen confort climático, socio-económico, socio-cultural, estético, funcional-espacial, legal y el empleo de materiales cercanos al sector.
De tal manera que una vivienda responda al “dónde” funcionando coherentemente con respecto a las necesidades del habitante para el mejor desempeño de sus actividades dentro de cada espacio y el “cómo” adaptarlos al espacio urbano: estructurando vías de acceso y servicios públicos básicos y provisión de los espacios necesarios para la vida en comunidad como recreación y cultura entre otros.
The subject itself focuses on conducting an analysis and study, rescuing the types of housing in the sector and adapt or combine them with modern architecture.
