Resumen
En el presente proyecto de titulación desarrollado para la ciudadela Virgen de Fátima perteneciente al cantón Bucay perteneciente a la provincia del Guayas se evidencio que los usuarios poseían más de un servicio de telecomunicaciones lo cual inflaban costos y el servicio de televisión pagada no cubría las necesidades de los habitantes, en el marco teórico se describen los conceptos relacionados con la televisión de pago, DTH, redes HFC, Servidores Streaming, Televisión Digital Terrestre e IPTV explicando sus definiciones, características, y funcionalidades. Se utilizó la metodología de CISCO PPDIOO para la implementación del proyecto de red IPTV siguiendo sus fases, para finalmente establecer las conclusiones y recomendaciones de la propuesta tecnológica.
In the present project of qualifications developed for the Virgin citadel of Fátima belonging to the canton Bucay belonging to the province of the Guayas I demonstrate that the users were possessing more than one service of telecommunications which they were inflating costs and the service of full television was not covering the needs of the inhabitants, in the theoretical frame there are described the concepts related to the television of payment, DTH, networks HFC, Servants Streaming, Digital Terrestrial Television and IPTV explaining his definitions, characteristics, and functionalities. I use the methodology of SHINDY PPDIOO for the implementation of the project of network IPTV following his phases, finally to establish the conclusions and recommendations of the technological offer.
