Participación de las micro empresas en la enseñanza - aprendizaje en el bachillerato de los colegios nacionales públicos del cantón San Lorenzo-Esmeraldas período 2018

Resumen
La realidad socioeconómica que se vive en el cantón San Lorenzo provincia de Esmeraldas, específicamente en cuanto a su desarrollo social y oportunidades de empleo son limitadas, existiendo un bajo nivel de empleo empresarial. La presente investigación es realizada partiendo de la teoría donde los estudiantes presentan un desconocimiento generalizado en el estudio de la constitución y administración empresarial. Asimismo, también permite desarrollar un programa de formación empresarial que es complementario al currículo estudiantil establecido por el Ministerio de Educación con el fin de promover la actividad empresarial y mejorar la calidad de vida de los habitantes. Para el desarrollo de esta investigación se establecieron tres objetivos específicos: i) Diagnosticar el nivel de conocimiento referente a la constitución y administración de las microempresas en el bachillerato de los colegios públicos del cantón San Lorenzo; ii) Analizar la planificación en la administración gubernamental empresarial.; iii) Proyectar la elaboración de guías didácticas multimedia referente a la especialidad. Se realizó una encuesta a 60 estudiantes del tercer año de bachillerato de la especialidad de Contabilidad y Administración del colegio Nacional Técnico 22 de Marzo del cantón San Lorenzo en la Provincia de Esmeraldas.
The socioeconomic reality that exists in the San Lorenzo canton of Esmeraldas, specifically in terms of its social development and employment opportunities are limited, with a low level of business employment. The present investigation is carried out starting from the theory where the students present a general ignorance in the study of the constitution and business administration. Likewise, it also allows the development of a business training program that is complementary to the student curriculum established by the Ministry of Education in order to promote business activity and improve the quality of life of the inhabitants. For the development of this research, three specific objectives were established: i) To diagnose the level of knowledge regarding the constitution and administration of micro-enterprises in the baccalaureate of the public schools of San Lorenzo canton; ii) Analyze planning in the corporate government administration; iii) Project the elaboration of multimedia teaching guides referring to the specialty. A survey was carried out to 60 students of the third year of baccalaureate of the specialty of Accounting and Administration of the National Technical School 22 of March of the San Lorenzo canton in the Province of Esmeraldas.
