Diseño de áreas verdes para las aceras y el parterre del casco comercial de la parroquia Virgen de Fátima cantón Yaguachi en la provincia del Guayas

Resumen
En Ecuador es generalizada la imagen de los pueblos o asentamientos rurales y/o urbanos al margen de una carretera, en el que se acomoda cualquier clase de actividad comercial, produciendo situaciones como el desorden en el tránsito vehicular urbano, inter-cantonal o interprovincial. Este es el caso de la parroquia Virgen de Fátima del cantón Yaguachi, las aceras públicas al margen de la avenida 7 de Agosto y la Av. Virgen de Fátima zona céntrica se encuentra afectada por el comercio informal; esto causa que el sitio se vea desordenado y descuidado ,situación que se agrava porque no existe ninguna acción efectiva de la administración municipal. Revertir esta realidad genera la necesidad de acondicionar las áreas verdes dentro de los parterres y aceras, mediante un diseño de espacios verdes y complementarlo con elementos decorativos, dándole una identidad al lugar, para que la parroquia Virgen de Fátima se vea ordenada, restaurando los espacios asignados a las áreas verdes que están actualmente deterioradas por el mal uso del público en general. Con este estudio se estandariza las áreas verdes en el lugar, e introducir el concepto de que los espacios públicos son para embellecer un sitio y no para convertirlos en espacios de comercio provisional que afecta terriblemente la imagen urbana y afecta las condiciones de vida de sus pobladores acostumbrados al caos. Toda esta transformación se reflejará en un cambio total del ornato de la parroquia y al mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de sus habitantes.
In Ecuador, the image of villages or rural and / or urban settlements on the sidelines of a road is generalized, in which any kind of commercial activity is accommodated, producing situations such as disorder in urban, inter-cantonal or interprovincial vehicular traffic. This is the case of the Virgen de Fátima parish of the Yaguachi canton, the public sidewalks on the edge of Av. 7 de Agosto and the Av. Virgen de Fátima downtown area is affected by informal commerce; this causes the site to look messy and neglected, a situation that is aggravated because there is no effective action by the municipal administration. Reversing this reality generates the need to condition the green areas within the parterres and sidewalks, by designing green spaces and complementing it with decorative elements, giving an identity to the place, so that the Virgen de Fátima parish is ordered, restoring the spaces assigned to the green areas that are currently damaged by the misuse of the general public. With this study green areas are standardized in the place and introduce the concept that public spaces are to beautify a site and not to turn them into temporary trade spaces that terribly affects the urban image and affects the living conditions of its accustomed inhabitants to chaos. All this transformation will be reflected in a total change of the decoration of the parish and the improvement of the quality of life of its inhabitants.
