SISTEMATIZACIÓN DE LA PARTICIPACIÓN DE LA COMUNIDAD EN EL PROCESO DIAGNÓSTICO DE VIOLENCIA DE GÉNERO EN EL GUASMO-GUAYAQUIL

Resumen
La presente sistematización de experiencia de servicio comunitario, se desarrolló como trabajo de titulación ante la ejecución del proyecto titulado “Promoción y prevención en la erradicación de la violencia de género de niños, niñas, adolescentes, mujeres y familia, de los sectores del Guasmo e Isla Trinitaria en la zona 8”. El objetivo fue describir la participación de la comunidad en el proceso diagnóstico de violencia de género en el Guasmo-Guayaquil; teniendo como eje de sistematización los aspectos que aportaron u obstaculizaron la participación de la comunidad. El trabajo se desarrolló bajo una metodología cualitativa de sistematización de experiencia, teniendo como finalidad realizar la reconstrucción crítica de la experiencia, generando conocimiento y aprendizajes nuevos; el proceso diagnóstico se realizó con un Enfoque Comunitario, con metodología investigación-acción-participativa. Para la reconstrucción de experiencia se utilizó diarios de campo, ficha de recuperación de aprendizaje, PNI y una encuesta a estudiantes interventores para validar los aspectos relacionados a la experiencia durante el proceso diagnóstico en la fase de familiarización y aplicación de fichas sociodemográficas, encuesta, cuestionarios, entrevistas y focus group. En respuesta al eje se identificaron aspectos que aportaron y obstaculizaron la participación de la comunidad, relacionados a la planificación y organización del proyecto; el quehacer profesional del interventor; los intereses y necesidades de la comunidad; compromiso de los actores en general. Al finalizar se establecieron conclusiones y recomendaciones que permitieron establecer mecanismos de interacción saludable en la comunidad, en componentes posteriores al diagnóstico
The present community service experience was developed as a requirement to graduated from college and be related with the project titled "Promotion and prevention in the eradication of gender violence of children, adolescents, women and family, of the sectors of Guasmo and Isla Trinitarian in 8 zone ". The objective was to describe the participation of the community in the diagnostic process of gender violence in the Guasmo-Guayaquil; having as a systematization’ axis the aspects that contributed or didn’t allow the participation of the community. This paper was developed under a qualitative methodology of experience systematization, with the purpose of carrying out the critical reconstruction of the experience, generating knowledge and new learnings; the diagnostic process was worked under a community’s approach with participatory-action-research methodology. For the reconstruction of the experiences were used field diaries, learning recovery card, PNI and a survey of students that were used to validate the aspects related to the experience during the diagnostic process in the familiarization phase and application of sociodemographic data, surveys, questionnaires, interviews and focus group. In response to the axis it was identified that the aspects that contributed and didn’t allow the participation of the community has to be with the project’s planning and organization, the role of the professional to intervene, the interests and needs of the community, commitment of the actors of the diagnosis in general. At the end, conclusions and recommendations suggest stablishing mechanisms of healthy interaction in the community in futures diagnostic components
