Factores determinantes de la pobreza en la Zona Rural del cantón Baba durante el período 2014 - 2016

Resumen
La investigación se realizó en el cantón Baba, Zona Rural durante el periodo 2014 – 2016 con el fin de realizar un estudio sobre los factores que son determinantes en la pobreza y su incidencia en esta comunidad. Se delimitó la problemática bajo la argumentación teórica con el fin de exponer datos estadísticos sobre la pobreza, el desarrollo socioeconómico y sus efectos a nivel mundial, Latinoamérica y Ecuador. Los datos reflejados fueron obtenidos de diferentes fuentes bibliográficas de estudios técnicos realizados en fuentes oficiales como el INEC, MIES, entre otros. Se empleó una metodología cuantitativa ya que se recurrió al desarrollo de encuestas a los habitantes del cantón con el fin de conocer sobre ciertos indicadores si existen carencias sociales para llegar a resultados que fueron analizados determinando que sí existen necesidades y falta de acceso a servicios que son vitales para el mejoramiento de la calidad de vida y buen vivir.
The research was carried out in the Baba canton, Rural Zone during the 2014-2016 period in order to carry out a study on the factors that are determinants in poverty and its incidence in this community. The problematic was delimited under the theoretical argumentation with the purpose of exposing statistical data on the poverty, the socioeconomic development and its effects at world-wide level, Latin America and Ecuador. The data reflected were obtained from different bibliographic sources of technical studies carried out in official sources such as INEC, MIES, among others. A quantitative methodology was used since the inhabitants of the canton were resorted to in order to know about certain indicators if there are social deficiencies to reach results that were analyzed determining that there are needs and lack of access to services that are vital for the improvement of the quality of life and good living.
