Resumen
El presente trabajo es desarrollado en base a la experiencia obtenida durante el proceso de prácticas pre-profesionales. El objetivo es la evaluación de las herramientas utilizadas en el proceso de diagnóstico de Riesgos Psicosociales, tomando específicamente como referencia el Burnout. Es así que el eje de sistematización es la evaluación de los instrumentos utilizados en el proceso diagnóstico de este síndrome. La metodología sistematización de experiencias, es de tipo cualitativa y permite una reconstrucción histórica de la experiencia y, por tanto, es descriptiva. Entre los instrumentos que se emplearon de forma sistemática, se encuentra una guía de observación, entrevistas semiestructuradas y el cuestionario de Burnout Inventory. Estos fueron indispensables para recolectar información veraz y acorde a los objetivos que buscaba la institución. Los resultados permitieron realizar la devolución acerca de la información levantada y procesada a la subgerencia y a su vez establecer puntos de mejora que permitan contrarrestar las afectaciones encontradas y prevenir futuras complicaciones

The objective is the evaluation of the tools used in the diagnosis process of Psychosocial Risks, specifically taking as reference the Burnout. Thus, the axis of systematization is the evaluation of the instruments used in the diagnostic process of this syndrome. The systematization of experiences methodology is qualitative and allows a historical reconstruction of the experience and, therefore, is descriptive. Among the instruments that were used in a systematic way, there is an observation guide, semi-structured interviews and the Burnout Inventory questionnaire. These were essential to collect truthful information and according to the objectives sought by the institution. The results allowed to make the return about the information raised and processed to the sub-management and in turn to establish points of improvement that allow to counteract the affectations found and prevent future complications
