Resumen
En el presente trabajo de sistematización abordaremos el tema sobre el riesgo psicosocial que en muchas organizaciones, los colaboradores se sienten afectados debido a que con el tiempo, su desempeño y calidad de trabajo se ven involucrados a decrecer por las múltiples tareas a ejecutar sin contar con el tiempo necesario para hacerlas; nos referimos a la sobrecarga de trabajo. Mediante el proceso de vinculación en la organización, podremos conocer que tan alto es el nivel de sobrecarga de trabajo, utilizando instrumentos que nos permitan medir de manera exacta este riesgo, y mediante los resultados obtenidos de los mismos se podrán verificar la pertinencia de éstos, poder entregar un informe final con datos confiables y presentar el respectivo análisis
In the present work of systematization we will address the issue about psychosocial risk that in many organizations, employees feel affected because over time, their performance and quality of work are involved to decrease by the multiple tasks to be executed without having to the time necessary to make them; we refer to work overload. Through the process of linking in the organization, we can know how high is the level of work overload, using tools that allow us to accurately measure this risk, and through the results obtained from them can verify the relevance of these, to be able to deliver a final report with reliable data and present the respective analysis
