Resumen
El presente trabajo de titulación se realizó bajo la metodología de sistematización de experiencias, donde reconstruimos la práctica vivida junto a la comunidad Eloy Alfaro, ubicada en la Isla Trinitaria, cantón Guayaquil. Se plateó un eje en base a la siguiente pregunta: ¿De qué manera estamos comunicando nuestros objetivos a la comunidad? Ya que durante la práctica de intervención comunitaria, identificamos problemáticas que quisimos estudiar más fondo, y en base a ello diseñamos talleres que podrían servir para continuar trabajando en dichos problemas en el futuro. Utilizamos fuentes de información como: entrevistas informarles, listados de asistencia, fichas de sistematización de la práctica comunitaria, grupo focal y el proyecto de intervención para contestar nuestra pregunta eje. En el contexto literario utilizaremos de referencia a autores como Virginia Satir, para explicar en qué consiste la comunicación disfuncional y también autores como Lazarsfeld, Berelson y Gaudet que nos hablan de la teoría del doble flujo y los líderes de opinión que asociaremos para analizar el problema identificado por nosotros en donde concluimos que existe comunicación disfuncional en tres interacciones que son: la líder y la comunidad, la comunidad y nosotros y la líder y nosotros
The present work was carried out under the systematization of experiences methodology, where we reconstructed the practice lived together with the Eloy Alfaro community, located in the Trinitaria Island, Guayaquil canton. An axis was plated based on the following question: How are we communicating our objectives to the community? Since during the practice of community intervention, we identified problems that we wanted to study more thoroughly, and based on this we designed workshops that could serve to continue working on these problems in the future. We use information sources such as: interviews to inform them, attendance lists, systematization cards of the community practice, focal group and the intervention project to answer our axis question. In the literary context we will use reference to authors such as Virginia Satir, to explain what is the dysfunctional communication and also authors like Lazarsfeld, Berelson and Gaudet that tell us about the double flow theory and the opinion leaders that we will associate to analyze the problem identified by us where we conclude that there is dysfunctional communication in three interactions that are: the leader and the community, the community and us and the leader and us
