Resumen
La presente sistematización centra la experiencia vivida por medio del proyecto “Fortalecimiento participativo de la igualdad de género en la Universidad de Guayaquil (UG) y su entorno contribuyendo a la construcción de una sociedad basada en principios de justicia y equidad” en conjunto con la Facultad de Ciencias Psicológicas de la Universidad de Guayaquil y el Centro de Docencia e Investigación para el desarrollo humano y el buen vivir (CDID), nos permitieron obtener la experiencia práctica del proceso de diagnóstico del Proyecto Equidad De Género ejecutado a estudiantes de nivelación del área vespertina para conocer cuáles serían sus criterios y percepciones en cuanto a la igualdad de género, para aportar a un acertado diagnóstico, fueron empleadas las técnicas del cuestionario y grupo focal. Este estudio resuelve la pregunta: ¿Los instrumentos de evaluación y diagnóstico utilizados en el Proyecto Equidad De Género permiten identificar la percepción de los estudiantes encuestados en cuanto a la equidad de Género? Mediante el cuestionario se pudo identificar la vulnerabilidad y estereotipos de género siendo evidente que mantienen naturalizado los hechos de violencia de género, justificando a sus agresores, encontramos que existen situaciones de alta vulnerabilidad, con estas técnicas aplicadas se puede afirmar, que los instrumentos fueron viables, sin embargo, la falta de anonimato pudo sesgar los resultados, se detectaron cuatro casos de violencia de género, y se evidenció la naturalización que los estudiantes tienen ante las situaciones de violencia
The present systematization centers the experience lived through the project "Participatory strengthening of gender equality in the University of Guayaquil (UG) and its surroundings contributing to the construction of a society based on principles of justice and equity" in conjunction with the Faculty of Psychological Sciences of the University of Guayaquil and the Teaching and Research Center for Human Development and Good Living (CDID), allowed us to obtain the practical experience of the diagnosis process of the Gender Equity Project executed to students of evening leveling To know what their criteria and perceptions would be in terms of gender equality, to contribute to a correct diagnosis, the questionnaire and focus group techniques were used. This study solves the question: Do the instruments of evaluation and diagnosis used in the Gender Equity Project allow to identify the perception of the students surveyed in terms of Gender Equity? Through the questionnaire it was possible to identify the vulnerability and gender stereotypes being evident that they maintain naturalized the facts of gender violence, justifying their aggressors, we find that there are situations of high vulnerability, with these applied techniques it can be affirmed, that the instruments were viable However, the lack of anonymity could bias the results, four cases of gender violence were detected, and the naturalization that students have in situations of violence was evident
