ANÁLISIS DE CASOS EN OPCIÓN AL TÍTULO DE PSICÓLOGA ESTUDIO DE LA COHESIÓN Y ADAPTABILIDAD EN LA FUNCIONALIDAD DEL SISTEMA FAMILIAR

Resumen
El presente estudio se realizó en el Centro de Docencia e Investigación por el Desarrollo Humano y el Buen Vivir (CDID), mediante el proyecto de prevención y atención integral dirigida a la mujer, familia y pareja en crisis, durante los meses de junio y agosto del 2018. Se trabajó con cinco familias que presentaban como motivo de consulta similar, expresaron tener conflictos en las relaciones con los hijos por esta razón se define como objetivo general analizar los niveles de cohesión y adaptabilidad que existen dentro de la funcionalidad de los sistemas familiares atendidos en el CDID año 2018. Este estudio tiene un abordaje cualitativo, alcance descriptivo y explicativo, se realizó a través de: técnicas de observación directa e indirecta en el desarrollo de las sesiones, entrevista semiestructurada – terapia familiar sistémica, entrevista semiestructurada para obtener información de los niveles de cohesión y adaptabilidad de los sistemas familiares, la aplicación del test FF-SIL y APGAR familiar, adicional se realizó el genograma para evidenciar de manera esquemática la estructura y la relación del sistema familiar. Los resultados que se lograron obtener denotan la importancia de niveles moderados en cohesión y adaptabilidad para considerar a una familia funcional permitiéndole al sistema contar con los recursos necesarios para enfrentar las diferentes crisis existentes dentro del ciclo vital de la familia
The present study was carried out in the Teaching and Research Center for Human Development and Good Living (CDID), through the prevention and integral attention project aimed at women, family and couples in crisis, during the months of June and August of 2018. We worked with five families who presented as a reason for similar consultation, expressed having conflicts in their relationships with their children. For this reason, it is defined as a general objective to analyze the levels of cohesion and adaptability that exist within the functionality of family systems. attended in the CDID year 2018. This study has a qualitative approach, descriptive and explanatory scope, was performed through: direct and indirect observation techniques in the development of the sessions, semi-structured interview - systemic family therapy, semi-structured interview to obtain information of the levels of cohesion and adaptability of family systems, the application of l FF-SIL test and family APGAR, additional genogram was performed to schematically show the structure and relationship of the family system. The results that were obtained denote the importance of moderate levels in cohesion and adaptability to consider a functional family allowing the system to have the necessary resources to face the different crises existing within the life cycle of the family
