REVISIÓN DE LAS ESTRATEGIAS EMPLEADAS EN LOS ENCUENTROS PARTICIPATIVOS DEL PROYECTO DE INTERVENCIÓN COMUNITARIA EN LA COOPERATIVA CENTRO CÍVICO DEL GUASMO NORTE

Resumen
El objetivo del presente trabajo fue revisar las estrategias empleadas en los encuentros participativos del proyecto de intervención comunitaria en la cooperativa Centro Cívico del Guasmo Norte, para comprender profundamente nuestra experiencia y en base a esta, mejorar las estrategias que motiven a la comunidad a ser más participativos. Se consideró como objeto de sistematización los encuentros participativos del proyecto, ya que en dichos encuentros se ejecutaron talleres y otras actividades dirigidas a las familias, que tenían como finalidad sensibilizar y motivar a las mismas en su constante participación, aportando con conocimientos y estrategias psicoeducativas para lograr este fin. Teniendo como eje las estrategias empleadas en cada encuentro participativo donde se desarrollaron herramientas para mejorar la convivencia entre las personas que forman parte del mismo sector. La metodología utilizada fue cualitativa con enfoque Interpretativo socio – critico, bajo el método Investigación Acción Participación, línea de investigación que dio a conocer la participación de las personas de la comunidad del Centro Cívico en el análisis de su propia realidad. Se utilizaron técnicas como la observación directa, entrevista semiestructurada, y análisis documental referente a la experiencia, aplicada a los actores claves. En la recuperación recuperación del proceso vivido se hizo un recuento de cada uno de los talleres psicoeducativos que se impartieron dando como resultado la motivación y asistencia de los miembros de dicha comunidad. En la reflexión crítica se finalizó respecto al análisis y síntesis de diversas lecciones aprendidas de manera personal, se concluye indicando que las estrategias incidieron positivamente en el estado de satisfacción contribuyendo a mejorar la organización comunitaria
The objective of the present work was to review the strategies used in the participatory meetings of the community intervention project in the Civic Center cooperative of North Guasmo, to deeply understand our experience and based on this, to improve the strategies that motivate the community to be more participatory The participative meetings of the project were considered as the object of systematization, since workshops and other activities aimed at families were carried out in these meetings, with the purpose of raising awareness and motivating them in their constant participation, contributing with knowledge and psychoeducational strategies to achieve this end. Taking as axis the strategies used in each participatory meeting where tools were developed to improve coexistence among people who are part of the same sector. The methodology used was qualitative with a socio - critical Interpretive approach, under the Investigation Action Participation method, a line of research that made known the participation of the people of the Civic Center community in the analysis of their own reality. Techniques were used such as direct observation, semi-structured interview, and documentary analysis related to experience, applied to key actors. In the recovery of the lived process, an account was made of each of the psychoeducational workshops that were given, resulting in the motivation and assistance of the members of that community. In the critical reflection was finalized regarding the analysis and synthesis of various lessons learned in a personal way, it is concluded that the strategies had a positive impact on the state of satisfaction contributing to improve community organization
