Resumen
El presente trabajo de sistematización se realizó como parte del proyecto “Plan de trabajo para el diagnóstico de riesgo psicosociales, motivación y satisfacción en organizaciones sin fines de lucro”, el cual fue desarrollado durante los meses de junio a agosto del 2018, en un centro hospitalario de la ciudad de Guayaquil. El título del presente trabajo de titulación es la sistematización sobre los factores que dificultaron el relevamiento de información durante el proceso diagnóstico de motivación y estrés en un hospital. Esta Sistematización de experiencia tiene como “eje” identificar cuáles fueron los factores que dificultaron el relevamiento de información durante el proceso diagnóstico, mismo que se desarrolló como una metodología cualitativa de tipo descriptiva, con la finalidad de poder reflexionar sobre el proceso diagnóstico de motivación y estrés que se llevó en el centro hospitalario. Los participantes fueron médicos, enfermeras, auxiliares de enfermería del área de emergencia y personal administrativo del área de farmacia. Dentro de la reflexión crítica se pudo analizar que los factores que dificultaron el relevamiento de información fueron el contexto de la organización, el comportamiento de los trabajadores, la falta de manejo técnico de los instrumentos y la metodología para el proceso de levantamiento de información
The present systematization work was carried out as part of the project "Work plan for the diagnosis of psychosocial risk, motivation and satisfaction in non-profit organizations", which was developed during the months of June to August 2018, in a center Hospital of the city of Guayaquil. The title of the present titration work is the systematization of the factors that made it difficult to collect information during the diagnostic process of motivation and stress in a hospital. This research has as its "axis" to identify which were the factors that hindered the information gathering during the diagnostic process, which was developed as a descriptive qualitative research, with the purpose of being able to reflect on the diagnostic process of motivation and stress that He was taken in the hospital center. Participants were physicians, nurses, nursing assistants from the emergency area and administrative personnel from the pharmacy area. Within the critical reflection it was possible to analyze that the factors that made the information gathering difficult were the context of the organization, the behavior of the workers, the lack of technical management of the instruments and the methodology for the process of information gathering
