Resumen
El presente trabajo se llevó cabo en la Asociación Rafaela María “RAFAMA” durante el periodo junio – agosto 2018, en dicho lugar por medio de la experiencia vivida surgió el interés de investigar y conocer cuáles son de las estrategias de enseñanza utilizadas por los educadores, ya que la principal característica de los niños que asisten al lugar antes mencionado es que presentan bajo rendimiento académico, por tanto se trabajó bajo una metodología cualitativa con alcance descriptivo bajo el diseño fenomenológico, con el objetivo de realizar un análisis de la eficacia de las estrategias de enseñanza utilizada por los educadores, Se pudo evidenciar que no hacen uso de estrategias de enseñanza y tampoco tienen mucho conocimiento sobre las mismas, por tanto no están contribuyendo a mejorar la problemática de los niños y niñas y adolescentes
