Tecnología aplicada a cultivares de cacao Theobroma cacao L.en el cantón Naranjal, Provincia del Guayas

Resumen
El presente trabajo de titulación, analiza la tecnología aplicada a cultivares de cacao (Theobroma cacao L.) en el recinto “Jaime Roldós Aguilera” del cantón Naranjal, provincia del Guayas, con el fin de identificar la tecnología aplicada en el cultivo de cacao en el cantón Naranjal, provincia del Guayas para plantear mecanismos que aporten al mejoramiento de esta actividad agrícola. Para este análisis, se aplicaron encuestas descriptivas respondidas por agricultores del recinto, en un muestreo no probabilístico por juicio de expertos, cuya técnica de recolección de datos es de tipo primaria (fuente directa). Los datos obtenidos se procesaron e interpretaron con el cálculo de números índice (porcentaje) y gráficos de pastel. Al final del trabajo, se obtuvo como resultados que los dueños de fincas cacaoteras en la zona, necesitan de más tecnificación en el manejo de sus plantaciones.
The present titration work analyzes the technology applied to cocoa cultivars (Theobroma cacao L.) in the "Jaime Roldós Aguilera" enclosure of the Naranjal canton, province of Guayas, in order to identify the technology applied in the cultivation of cocoa in the Naranjal canton, province of Guayas to propose mechanisms that contribute to the improvement of this agricultural activity. For this analysis, descriptive surveys were applied, answered by farmers of the site, in a non-probabilistic sampling by expert judgment, whose data collection technique is of the primary type (direct source). The data obtained was processed and interpreted with the calculation of index numbers (percentage) and pie charts. At the end of the work, it was obtained as results that the owners of cocoa farms in the area, need more technification in the management of their plantations.
