Resumen
El presente trabajo se encuentra enfocado en el análisis del impuesto de la salida de divisas y su impacto en la matriz productiva y en los importadores del sector textil de la ciudad de Guayaquil. Por lo consiguiente, la presente investigación está divida en IV capítulos, la cual tiene como objetivo analizar el impacto que ha tenido la aplicación del impuesto a la salida de divisas en la matriz productiva del sector textil.
En lo que respecta al capítulo I se detalla las generalidades del tema mencionado anteriormente, donde se contempla la identificación del problema, objetivos, justificación y delimitación del mismo, de esta misma forma el capítulo II se redacta todo lo relacionado con el tema, es decir; los aspectos teóricos, legales y de contexto los cuales está inmerso el sector textil.
Además también en el capítulo III, se redacta la metodología empleada, la población que se utilizó, la cual fue, los importadores del sector textil los cuales se encuentran ubicados de la ciudad de Guayaquil, quedando como experiencia, la observación también este capítulo se detalla la validación de los instrumentos por los expertos de la Universidad de Guayaquil, por lo último en el capítulo IV que es la propuesta se enfatizara la solución que damos para poder mejorar las condiciones de este sector.
The present work is focused in the analysis of the foreign currency outflow tax and its impact in the productive matrix and in the importers of the textile sector of the city of Guayaquil. Therefore, the present investigation is divided into IV chapters, which aims to analyze the impact that the application of the tax has had on the exit of foreign currency in the productive matrix of the textile sector. With regard to chapter I, the generalities of the aforementioned subject are detailed, where the identification of the problem, objectives, justification and delimitation of the same is contemplated, in this same way the chapter II is written everything related to the topic that is to say; the theoretical, legal and contextual aspects which the textile sector is immersed in. Also in chapter III, the methodology used is written, the population that was used, which was, the importers of the textile sector which are located in the city of Guayaquil, leaving as experience, the observation also this chapter is detailed the validation of the instruments by the experts of the University of Guayaquil, for the last in chapter IV that is the proposal will emphasize the solution that we give to be able to improve the conditions of this sector.
