Resumen
Este proyecto realiza el diseño de una mesa de servicios para las PYMES usando el marco de referencia ITIL teniendo como base un caso de estudio el departamento de IT de la empresa CAZIOS. Las PYMES están en constante cambio y crecimiento que cada vez es más necesario contar con un control eficiente en cada una de sus áreas. Es por esto que en base al estudio se diseñó una mesa de servicios que controle las incidencias reportadas en el área de sistemas definiendo estándares que ayuden a llevar un mejor control. Con una mesa de servicios el departamento de sistemas será estructurado de manera que cada recurso humano que lo conforma tenga sus funciones definidas con niveles y catálogos de servicios que crean valor a la organización. Para lograr este propósito se tomó como marco de referencia a ITIL que define las mejores prácticas para la gestión de servicios de tecnología. Luego de levantar la información sobre la atención que brindaba el departamento de soporte técnico se evidencio que habían varios inconvenientes entre los cuales podemos mencionar que no se priorizaba los requerimientos es decir se los atendía conforme los usuarios lo reportaban y causaba que casos de mayor impacto para la empresa no sean atendidos a tiempo. También al final del día o semana no había un reporte de los casos que quedaban pendientes. El ciclo de vida del servicio de ITIL consta de 5 fases que son la estrategia de servicios en donde se identificaran o crearan los servicios, diseño del servicio donde se diseña el servicio cumpliendo con las especificaciones de la estrategia, transición del servicio se encarga de construir servicios nuevos o modificar los ya existentes y poniéndolos en producción, la operación del servicio aquí son las actividades diarias asegurando que son los servicios entregados tienen utilidad y la mejora continua donde los servicios son monitoreados contantemente de manera que si existe algún inconveniente sean corregirlos o mejorados.
This project carries out the design of a service table for PYMES using the ITIL reference framework based on a case study of the IT department of the CAZIOS Company. PYMES are constantly changing and growing, and it is increasingly necessary to have efficient control in each of their areas. That is why, based on the study, a service desk was designed to control the incidents reported in the systems area, defining standards that help to achieve better control. With a service desk, the systems department will be structured so that each human resource that makes it up has its defined functions with levels and catalogs of services that create value to the organization. To achieve this purpose, ITIL was taken as a reference framework that defines the best practices for the management of technology services. After gathering information about the technical support department's attention, it became evident that there were several problems, among which we can mention that the requirements were not prioritized, that is, they were attended to as the users reported it and caused cases of greater impact for The company is not taken care of on time. Also at the end of the day or week there was no report of the cases that were pending. The life cycle of the ITIL service consists of 5 phases that are the service strategy where the services will be identified or created, the design of the service where the service is designed, complying with the specifications of the strategy, the transition of the service is responsible for building new services or modify the existing ones and putting them into production, the operation of the service here are the daily activities ensuring that the services delivered are useful and the continuous improvement where the services are constantly monitored so that if there is any problem they are corrected or improved
