Resumen
El presente trabajo de titulación se basa en un análisis sobre la Cultura Tributaria y la influencia que tienen en las estadísticas sobre la recaudación tributaria durante los periodos 2015 al 2017 por parte del SRI mediante las capacitaciones y eventos que ha hecho para lograrlo, la cual se ve reflejada en los contribuyentes que toman el cumplimiento de sus Obligaciones Tributarias con responsabilidad, considerando que el pago de los Impuestos en nuestra sociedad es de vital importancia para el desarrollo de la misma. Por lo tanto, según los objetivos se llevó a cabo un cuasi experimento para demostrar la influencia en la cultura de los individuos al momento de datos estadísticas oficiales para su comprobación. Dentro de este trabajo se realizaron encuestas a un grupo de jóvenes de la Universidad de Guayaquil, con el fin de conocer los conocimientos básicos sobre Cultura Tributaria y dando así cumplimiento a nuestro objetivo general; como resultado de estas encuestas obtuvimos que no tienen conocimientos de tener obligaciones tributarias ni de las Leyes Tributarias. Las estadísticas en base a la cultura tributaria nos indica el grado de satisfacción en cuanto a la recaudación de impuestos por concepto de eventos y capacitaciones que realiza el SRI a sus contribuyentes.
The present titration work is based on an analysis of the Tax Culture and the influence they have on statistics on tax collection during the periods 2015 to 2017 by the SRI through the training and events that have been done to achieve it, which It is reflected in the taxpayers who take the fulfillment of their Tax Obligations with responsibility, considering that the payment of the Taxes in our company is of vital importance for the development of the same. Therefore, according to the objectives, a quasi-experiment was carried out to demonstrate the influence on the culture of the individuals at the time of official statistical data for their verification. Within this work, surveys were conducted to a group of young people from the University of Guayaquil, in order to know the basic knowledge about Tax Culture and thus fulfilling our general objective; As a result of these surveys we obtained that they do not have knowledge of having tax obligations or of the Tax Laws. The statistics based on the tax culture tell us the degree of satisfaction with respect to the collection of taxes for events and training that the SRI does to its taxpayers.
