Resumen
El estudio investigativo está enfocado a determinar el costo del servicio duplicado de llaves de un artesano domiciliado en el cantón Durán, para lo cual se evidenció como problemas la inadecuada asignación de los costos del servicio prestado, bajo poder negociación y el no encontrarse agremiados, todas estas falencias ha afectado su situación económica en la actualidad, es por ello que se centró el trabajo en un artesano domiciliado en el cantón Durán, con el objeto de analizar sus situación laboral, su forma de operar dentro del mercado artesanal y así establecer soluciones que le permitan sus niveles de rentabilidad. Por lo tanto, se establecieron los respectivos objetivos investigativos, los mismos que se cumplieron dentro de todo el proceso indagatorio. El análisis metodológico requirió una investigación descriptiva, correlacional y explicativa, se aplicaron métodos, inductivo y deductivo que ayudaron a describir la problemática y dar la pauta para justificar esta propuesta.
The investigative study is focused on determining the cost of the duplicate service of keys of a craftsman domiciled in the canton Durán, for which it was evidenced as problems the inadequate allocation of the costs of the service rendered, under negotiation power and not being unionized, all these failures have affected his economic situation at the present time, that is why he focused the work on a craftsman domiciled in the Durán canton, in order to analyze his work situation, his way of operating within the artisan market and thus to establish solutions that allow it its levels of profitability. Therefore, the respective investigative objectives were established, the same that were fulfilled within the whole investigation process. The methodological analysis required a descriptive, correlational and explanatory research, methods were applied, inductive and deductive that helped to clearly describe the problem and give the guideline to justify this proposal.
