Resumen
El presente trabajo muestra diferentes estrategias financieras que serán utilizadas para la toma de decisiones dentro del área de la compra y venta de productos agrícolas. Para la optimización de estrategias financieras se consideró la opinión y comentarios de un sector específico de la población a través de entrevistas, con estos datos se determinaron las bases necesarias para optimizar un negocio de este tipo, también se darán a conocer y se analizarán las decisiones tomadas durante el proceso del entorno del mismo. La propuesta de este trabajo muestra las diferentes estrategias y herramientas financieras que se utilizarán para lograr una utilidad deseable, a través de cálculos financieros se demostrarán la viabilidad de este tipo de negocio, analizar y comparar con la competencia, conocer los ratios financieros para evaluar el estado actual de la organización sus fortalezas y debilidades, los problemas que generan el no tener planes de contingencia cuando existen desfase de flujo y mal uso de recursos.
In the present essay it will find different financial strategies that could be used for the management to handle taking desitions within the area of the purchase and sale of agricultural products. The opinion and comments of a specific sector of the population were considered through interviews in order to optimizate the financial strategies, also these kind of data were an important and necessary base that determined to optimize a business of this type, the decisions taken through the process will also be announce and analyzed. The proposal of this work shows the different strategies and financial tools that will be used to achieve a desirable utility, through financial calculations will be demonstrated the viability of this type of business, analyze the competition, identify the financial ratios, to know the current state of the organization, the problems that generate having no contingency plans when there is a flow gap and misuse of resources.
