Resumen
El objetivo principal del presente proyecto de titulación es la creación e implementación de estrategias que ayuden al incremento de la rentabilidad del negocio que se dedica a la venta de materiales para acabados de la construcción Ceramic Center, la metodología de investigación que se utilizó fue de tipo exploratoria y la investigación descriptiva, se realizaron entrevistas por medio de cuestionarios a uno de los propietarios, al contador del almacén y al jefe de bodega con la finalidad de obtener información de primera. El negocio desea implementar un sistema contable para llevar una contabilidad actualizada, conociendo los ingresos y gastos que se generan día a día, a su vez desea expandirse a otros lugares de la ciudad de Guayaquil por medio de una fuente de financiamiento para obtener un mayor reconocimiento de su marca, sin necesidad de afectar el rendimiento actual, además tener un equipo de ventas de alto rendimiento.

The business wants to implement an accounting system to keep an up-to-date accounting, knowing the income and expenses that are generated every day, in turn wants to expand to other places in the city of Guayaquil through a funding source to obtain greater recognition of your brand, without having to affect the current performance, besides having a high performance sales team.
