Resumen
El objetivo de la tesis es Diseñar un CENTRO DE DESARROLLO HUMANO
INTEGRAL PARA LAS COMUNIDADES RURALES DEL CANTÓN PLAYAS,
que favorezca el desarrollo económico de la población, que incluya espacios de
apoyo educativo, aulas de capacitación sobre la inversión, capital humano,
desarrollo entre otras, especializado en áreas de talleres agrícolas, carpintería,
maquetería, serigrafía, tejido en rafia, cocina – repostería, costura, joyería
artesanal, cerámica – alfarería. Constará con espacios recreativos, salones de
música, pintura, dibujo artístico, teatro.
Aplicando arquitectura sustentable. El C.D.H.I permite la búsqueda de un
mayor bienestar económico para cada unas de las familias de dichas
comunidades.
Este proyecto está dirigido a las comunidades rurales del cantón playas:
Engabao, San Antonio, Data de Villamil, El Arenal. Población de 34.409
habitantes en el cantón playas provincias guayas. El aporte y novedoso de la
propuesta es que constara con cubiertas verdes donde se plantearan áreas de
cultivo, jardines.
The aim of the thesis is to design an INTEGRAL HUMAN DEVELOPMENT CENTER FOR RURAL COMMUNITIES OF CANTON PLAYAS , favoring economic development of the population , including educational support spaces, training rooms on investment, human capital development among other specializing in areas of agricultural workshops , woodworking, model building , screen printing , woven raffia , kitchen - baking , sewing , handmade jewelry , ceramics - pottery. It will include recreational spaces, music rooms , painting, artistic drawing, theater . Applying sustainable architecture. The IHRC allows searching for greater economic welfare for each one of the families in these communities. This project is aimed at rural communities in the canton beaches: Engabao , San Antonio , Data de Villamil , El Arenal . Population of 34,409 inhabitants in the canton provinces Guayas Playas. The contribution and novelty of the proposal is that green roofs consist in growing areas where gardens were raised.
