Resumen
Este proyecto de investigación cumple como objetivo principal establecer el análisis de la incidencia que trae consigo la no aplicación de las finanzas, conceptos financieros o estrategias, que permiten optimizar recursos y mejorar la rentabilidad de la compañía, estas estrategias financieras, conllevarán resultados que le permitirán estructurar el negocio enfocado a obtener un mejor desempeño en todas las áreas de la empresa HL Soluciones en Aluminio y Vidrio. En el presente trabajo analizó la estructura financiera actual, la estructura administrativa y la estructura de los procesos internos de las áreas que poseen una incidencia directa sobre los resultados de la entidad, tales como el área de Ventas, el área de arquitectura y el área de compras.
This research project has as its main objective to establish the analysis of the incidence that brings with it the non-application of finances, financial concepts or strategies, which allow to optimize resources and improve business profitability, these financial strategies, will bring results that will allow it to structure the business focused on obtaining a better performance in all areas of the business HL Solutions in Aluminum and Glass. In the present work he analyzed the current financial structure, the administrative structure and the structure of the internal processes of the areas that have a direct impact on the results of the entity, such as the Sales area, the architecture area and the area of purchases.
