Resumen
En el desarrollo de esta investigación se plantea el diseño de un Cuadro de Mando
Integral como modelo de gestión para la Cooperativa de ahorro y crédito “Universidad de
Guayaquil”, que por medio de un diagnóstico realizado en las áreas críticas de la institución,
los cuales tuvieron como finalidad realizar un análisis de las actividades de la cooperativa el
cual permite una mejor gestión estratégica que aumentara su productividad y facilitara tomar
decisiones dirigidas a cumplir los objetivos de la institución, y se elabora las tácticas más
eficaces para aplicar una respectiva planificación estratégica, para lo cual ejecuta un enfoque
de la problemática, la formulación, objetivos, delimitación e hipótesis para la preparación de
esta investigación.
El desarrollo de los antecedentes del Cuadro de Mando Integral, de igual manera la
definición del marco teórico y desarrollo de las estrategias basadas en las áreas críticas del
Cuadro de mando integral, mediante un método inductivo el cual será descrita la metodología
de la investigación que será utilizada para obtener toda la información relevante de forma
directa de los colaboradores de la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito “Universidad de
Guayaquil”, por medio de encuestas realizada a funcionarios y empleados de la organización,
una vez obtenida esta información podremos realizar el Cuadro de Mando Integral, alineado
a las necesidades futuras con el cual se logrará que los servicios llenen las expectativas
financieras de los socios.
Podemos concluir que es necesario la implementación de un sistema de control por
medio de indicadores de gestión, la elaboración de una planeación estratégica que ayude a la
cooperativa a evaluar sus procesos internos para lograr objetivos
In the development of this investigation there appears the design of a Picture of Integral Control as model of management for the Cooperative of saving and credit " University of Guayaquil ", by means of a diagnosis realized in the critical areas of the organization, which have as purpose realize an analysis of the activities of the cooperative which better one will allow to have a better strategic management for the capture of decisions directed to fulfilling his aims, elaborating the most suitable tactics to apply his strategic planning, for which we execute an approach of the problematic, the formulation, aims, delimiting and hypothesis for the preparation of this investigation. The development of the precedents of the Picture of Integral Control, of equal way the definition of the theoretical frame and development of the strategies based on the critical areas of the Picture of integral control, by means of an inductive method which will be described the methodology of the investigation that will be used to obtain all the relevant information of direct form of the collaborators of the Cooperative of Saving and Credit " University of Guayaquil ", by means of surveys realized to civil servants and employees of the organization, once obtained this information we will be able to realize the Picture of Integral Control, aligned to the future needs with which it was achieving that the services fill the financial expectations of the partners. We can conclude that there is necessary the implementation of a system of control by means of indicators of management, the production of a strategic planning that helps to the cooperative to evaluate his internal processes to achieve institutional aims.
