Resumen
La presente investigación se realizó en una de las empresas
pertenecientes al grupo RAVCORP S.A., quienes desde el año 1995
vienen prestando sus servicios de alojamiento temporal a la comunidad
guayaquileña y como dice su declaración corporativa “nuestra principal
preocupación es el bienestar de nuestros huéspedes, brindándoles
el mejor servicio y limpieza dentro de nuestras cómodas y lujosas
habitaciones”. Desde sus inicios la empresa ha tenido como una de sus
preocupaciones el cumplir con lo establecido en el Código del Trabajo, y
otras normativas legales que ayudan a mejorar el rendimiento laboral
mediante una cultura de prevención de riesgos. Sin embargo, y, debido a
varias circunstancias exógenas esta preocupación se ha quedado
siempre como tal, y no ha habido ninguna actividad preventiva,
cumpliendo a medias con los procesos como es el caso de tener el
Comité Paritario de Seguridad y los Reglamentos de Seguridad
debidamente aprobados e inscritos, pero en la parte de prevención vamos
a dar inicio a partir de estos procesos. Es importante señalar que una vez
visitado las instalaciones y comprobada la forma de realizar su trabajo,
particularmente las camareras se ha podido determinar que no tienen los
adecuados equipos de protección personal, así como la forma de realizar
sus actividades la realizan de una manera empírica, mas valiéndose del
sentido común que de las técnicas adecuadas para optimizar el
rendimiento laboral de ellas. Es por ello que la propuesta de solución que
se plantea mediante la realización de procesos de capacitación va a
mejorar considerablemente su labor, así como mejorará el rendimiento de
cada una, y generará menores ausentismos y satisfacción laboral.
This research was conducted in one of the companies belonging to the group RAVCORP S.A., who since 1995 have been providing temporary accommodation services to the community as Guayaquil and its corporate statement says " our main concern is the welfare of our guests, offering the best service and cleanliness within our comfortable and luxurious rooms . ". Since its inception the company has had as one of its concerns to comply with the provisions of the Labour Code and other legal regulations that help improve job performance through a culture of risk prevention. However, due to various exogenous circumstances this concern has always been like this , and there has been no preventive activity , meeting halfway with the processes as is the case of the Joint Committee on Safety and Security Regulations duly approved and registered , but prevention at the beginning we give from these processes . It is important to note that once visited the facilities and proven way to make your work, particularly the waitresses we have determined that they have adequate personal protective equipment , as well as how to conduct its business is conducted in an empirical way , more sense than using the appropriate techniques to optimize them working performance . That is why the proposed solution arises by conducting training processes will significantly improve their work and improve the performance of each, and generate less absenteeism and job satisfaction.
