Resumen
El mercado de muebles cada día se vuelve más competitivo, con una clientela más exigente en cuanto a gustos y preferencias, por esta razón, el taller DekorMuebles ubicado en la ciudad de Guayaquil, cooperativa Juan Montalvo, realiza trabajos bajo pedidos, satisfaciendo las necesidades a sus clientes y ofreciendo comodidad en el momento de entrega. Por consiguiente, este estudio aportará al taller Artesanal DekorMuebles, estrategias y métodos de mejoras continuas que deseen implementar a partir del término del estudio de la investigación. El proyecto de investigación tiene como principal objetivo Implementar un Sistema Administrativo con la finalidad de conseguir en forma clara y detallada la materia prima y herramientas a utilizar mediante un sistema automatizado como lo es EGA Futura. Mediante la matriz FODA se logró diagnosticar la situación actual del taller, dando como resultado la fidelidad de los clientes, la experiencia en el mercado es muy importante ya que permite conocer las debilidades de la competencia transformándolas en fortalezas para el taller y las amenazas en oportunidades. Una manera de mejorar las operaciones del taller es mantenerse cerca de la competencia con el fin de estar al tanto de las ofertas y la calidad de servicio que ofrecen. El plan de reestructuración de la planta ayudará a mejorar la calidad y tiempo de producción del taller proporcionando orden en los distintos procesos de fabricación. Por tal motivo este proyecto investigativo busca contribuir al mejoramiento y desarrollo socio económico del entorno donde se desenvuelve el Taller en la ciudad de Guayaquil.
The furniture market every day becomes more competitive, with a more demanding clientele in terms of tastes and preferences, for this reason, the DekorMuebles workshop located in the city of Guayaquil, cooperativa Juan Montalvo, performs work under orders, satisfying the needs of your customers and offering convenience at the time of delivery. Therefore, this study will contribute to the Craft DekorMuebles workshop, strategies and methods of continuous improvement that they wish to implement as of the end of the research study. The main objective of the research project is to implement an Administrative System with the aim of obtaining in a clear and detailed way the raw material and tools to be used through an automated system such as EGA Futura. Through the SWOT matrix it was possible to diagnose the current situation of the workshop, resulting in customer loyalty, the experience in the market is very important as it allows knowing the weaknesses of the competition transforming them into strengths for the workshop and threats in opportunities. One way to improve the operations of the workshop is to stay close to the competition in order to be aware of the offers and the quality of service they offer. The plan of restructuring of the plant will help to improve the quality and production time of the workshop by providing order in the different manufacturing processes. For this reason, this research project seeks to contribute to the improvement and socio-economic development of the environment where the workshop is held in the city of Guayaquil.
