Resumen
El trabajo investigativo trata sobre la aplicación de una herramienta que puede ayudar al funcionamiento de la empresa Concreto y Prefabricados CIA LTDA, sobre el control y buen manejo del proceso de importación. La actividad principal de la empresa es la minería, sin embargo para poder disminuir los costos que intervienen en la reparación de las maquinarias la empresa ha optado en realizar las compras de estas partes y piezas en el exterior, como las importaciones no es su principal actividad la empresa no posee un departamento que realice el control de esta actividad. A través de la recopilación de datos se ha podido observar el nivel de interés y compromiso que mantiene los miembros de la organización que forman parte de la cadena logística de importación, cuyo principal enfoque es la mejora en las actividades de la empresa, el levantamiento de datos se hizo a través de un análisis cualitativo y cuantitativo donde a través de un banco de preguntas se mencionó cuáles son los factores a considerar para que la propuesta sea viable. La propuesta sobre el diseño del instructivo bajo el modelo de Lean Management ayudara a identificar la situación actual de la empresa versus la mejora aplicada a los procesos donde su principal objetivo es dar a conocer los beneficios que traería para la empresa si se utiliza una herramienta de control.
