Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo proponer la creación de una plataforma informática de información financiera y tributaria para microempresarios. La problemática sumida en este documento radica en la desinformación que existe sobre los diferentes tipos de financiamiento y sus requisitos para acceder a ellos en las ciudades que comprenden la zona 8 (Guayaquil, Duran y Samborondon), el 65% de ella tiene un ciclo económico de vida de aproximadamente 3 años. Se utilizó un enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo en el marco metodológico, el nivel de investigación es Descriptivo, los resultados obtenidos de la encuesta se tabularon en el Programa IBM SPS Statistics, las entrevistas a los jefes de crédito de las Instituciones financieras públicas permitió validar el problema inmerso en la temática y determinar que la creación de la plataforma informática, contribuirá en el desarrollo y estabilidad de las microempresas establecidas en la zona 8 del territorio ecuatoriano.
The present research work has to propose the creation of a platform for financial and tax information for entrepreneurs, located in zone 8. The problem in this document lies in misinformation that exists about the different types of financing and its requirements to access them in the cities that comprise the zone 8 (Guayaquil, Duran and Samborondón), 65% of it has an economic life cycle approximately 3 years. It was used a qualitative and quantitative approach in the methodological framework, the level of research is descriptive, the results of the survey they were tabulated in the IBM SPS Statistics program, the interviews with heads and officers of public financial institutions credit allowed to validate of problem immersed in the topic problem and to determine that the creation of the computer platform will contribute in the development and stability of micro-enterprises established in zone 8 of the Ecuadorian territory.
