Resumen
El presente estudio de investigación tiene como objetivo evaluar la viabilidad de
un modelo de negocios para comercializar la marca Health & Life con contratos
“llave en mano” para planta embotelladoras de agua en la ciudad de Guayaquil, a
tal efecto se realizó un contrato basado en la necesidad de los clientes que
actualmente están requiriendo el servicio completo que incluya asesoría técnica y
mejoramiento de los servicios postventa, en cuanto a esto se realizó un
cuestionario con preguntas cerradas dirigido a 111 clientes de la empresa, y con
ello constatar que efectivamente existe una demanda desantendida con referencia
al formato de negocios “llave en mano”, además se efectuó una entrevista no
estructurada al Gerente General de la empresa, y finalmente se diseñó una
propuesta de contratación, con la especificación técnica necesaria para que los
clientes puedan tener acceso a la información y contratar. Se estimó una
demanda total de 6 proyectos al año.

Finally, a contracting proposal was designed with the necessary technical specification so that customers can have access to information and hire. A total demand of 6 projects per year was estimated.
