SISTEMATIZACIÓN DE EXPERIENCIAS PRÁCTICAS DE INVESTIGACIÓN EN OPCIÓN AL TÍTULO DE PSICÓLOGA “EXPERIENCIAS DE INSEGURIDAD DE LOS ESTUDIANTES EN PRÁCTICAS PRE PROFESIONALES REALIZADAS EN TRES COMUNIDADES MARGINALIZADAS DE GUAYAQUIL”

Resumen
La presente investigación se realizó con el objetivo de hacer visible las experiencias de inseguridad vividas por los estudiantes durante prácticas pre profesionales realizadas en tres comunidades diferentes de Guayaquil. Se pretende acercar a las autoridades a dichas experiencias. La metodología fue la sistematización de experiencias. Se revisaron memorias técnicas, fichas de actividades diarias y se realizaron entrevistas. Se reflexionó sobre la relación de delitos como hurto y robo, con formas de subsistencia en el contexto de nuestro sistema económico. Los estudiantes experimentan miedo y ansiedad vinculado a dichos delitos, pero no dejan registro escrito de aquello. Las autoridades parecen desconocer esta situación, o no dan la suficiente importancia. Las prácticas parecen enfatizar un producto basado en criterios preestablecidos, más que en una reflexión subjetiva y transparente. Aquello se relacionaría con el sistema educativo, la inestabilidad y rigidez a nivel de diversas instituciones, y la ética y vocación de estudiantes, y de docentes que gestionan y supervisan las practicas. Se plantea que todos los actores colaboren, considerando lo aprendido de sus diversas experiencias. Se concluye que las experiencias de inseguridad influyen de manera negativa en el desarrollo de las prácticas, entorpeciendo las actividades, y manteniendo a los estudiantes en estados de ansiedad y alerta, afectando su motivación, concentración y bienestar. Por ello se recomienda implementar más investigaciones de este y otros temas que giren en torno al bienestar del estudiante en el transcurso de la carrera, y del impacto que esto produce en el trabajo dentro de nuestras comunidades
This research was carried out with the objective of making visible the exposure of insecurity experienced by the students in the course of their pre-professional practices accomplished in three different communities of Guayaquil. The aim is to bring the authorities closer to these experiences. The methodology applied was, systematization of experiences; technical reports, files of daily activities and interviews were reviewed. It contemplates on the relationship of crimes such as thefts, according the subsistence in our economic system. Students experience fear and anxiety related to such crimes, but do not submit a written record about it. Authorities seem unknowing about the situation, or they simply don’t give the importance it deserves. Students practices seem to emphasize a product based on pre-established criteria, rather than a subjective and transparent reflection.That may be related with the educational system, the instability and rigidity at the level of certain institutions, the ethics and vocation of students, and of course teachers who manage and supervise the practices. It is suggested that all the members collaborate, considering what they have learned from their experiences. We can conclude that insecurity experiences influence in a negative way on the development of practices, hindering activities, and keeping students in an anxiety and alertness condition, affecting their motivation, concentration and well-being.Therefore its recommended to implement more research on this and other issues that revolve around the student's well-being during their university career, and the impact that this has on the labor within our communities
