LA ORGANIZACIÓN TEMPORAL DEL TRABAJO EN LA EJECUCIÓN DE TAREAS DEL PERSONAL DE AUDITORIA MÉDICA DE UN HOSPITAL DE GUAYAQUIL

Resumen
El proceso de análisis ocupacional efectuado en una institución de salud, permitió identificar el tema de éste trabajo de titulación, en el que las autoras plantearon sistematizar la organización temporal del trabajo en la ejecución de tareas del personal de auditoria médica de un hospital de Guayaquil, enfatizando de manera primordial en el eje, la organización temporal del trabajo y como objetivo describir su relación con la ejecución de tareas, lo que permitió proporcionar durante el desarrollo un orden lógico de la información obtenida en el proceso vivido. La relevancia de la temática recae en uno de los elementos contextualizadores del trabajo: el tiempo, importante en la actividad laboral que puede convertirse en un recurso fructífero si se gestiona de la formar correcta. La metodología empleada en éste trabajo es la sistematización de experiencias que implica reconstruir lo experimentado realizando una reflexión crítica que conlleva a contrastar la teoría con la experiencia, generándose así nuevos conocimientos, en este caso se obtuvo que el ritmo de trabajo, la presión temporal y las diferentes modalidades de horario condicionan la organización temporal, por lo tanto se concluye que la ejecución de tareas del personal se condiciona por diversos factores temporales que representan ventajas y desventajas en el cumplimiento de la actividad laboral
The process of occupational analysis that happened in a health care institution allowed the identification of the topic of the present work, in which the authors proposed to systematize the temporary organization of work during the execution of the multiple tasks and activities of the medical audit staff of the mentioned hospital. Emphasizing in the axis, the principal objective was to describe the relation between the temporal organization of the work and the execution of tasks, which allowed to provide a logical order of the information obtained in the lived process, during the development of it. The relevance of the subject is sustained in one of the contextualizing elements of the work: time, and it is important in the work activity so it can become a productive resource if it is managed in the right way. The methodology used in this work is the systematization of experiences that involves reconstructing what has been experienced by performing a critical reflection that leads to contrast theory with experience, generating new knowledge. In this case it was discovered that the work rhythm, temporal pressure and the different modalities of the schedule condition the temporary organization. Therefore, the conclusion was that the execution of tasks of the workers is conditioned by various temporary factors that represent advantages and disadvantages in the accomplishment of the work activity
