Resumen
En la actualidad la “Cooperativa El Descanso” es un sector del Cantón Guayaquil que no cuenta con el servicio de saneamiento básico de alcantarillado sanitario y pluvial, siendo el sistema utilizado para las descargas de aguas servidas los pozos sépticos o cámara sépticas. El método de descargas para las aguas domesticas de las casas lo realizan a través de tuberías que salen de las viviendas a las calles.
Se realizó el diseño de alcantarillado sanitario y pluvial del sector en mención tomando todas las bases de diseño como la población futura proyectada a 25 años, relacionándola con la progresión exponencial haciendo uso del software Excel para su cálculo. Con la topografía existente que no es plana se planteó una metodología de acuerdo con materiales para los elementos que conforman el alcantarillado, donde se seleccionó las tuberías de PVC Novafort para los colectores tanto alcantarillado sanitario como para alcantarillado pluvial. Se planteó la instalación de cámaras de polietileno tipo Manhole Plastigama para los pozos de inspección y se propuso el uso de cajas de registro tipo cajas de acera de polietileno en los ramales terciarios. Se realizó el diseño de las redes que constan en los planos que se muestran en los anexos, teniendo para el sistema de aguas servidas 7 cámaras de inspección y 187 cajas de registro, con 1866,83 metros de tubería, En cambio, para el sistema de aguas lluvias se obtuvo 4 cámaras de inspección, 12 sumideros y 28 cunetas para la captación de estas aguas, con 283,65 metros de tubería.
