EL LIDERAZGO DE LOS COORDINADORES GRUPALES EN EL PROCESO DE LEVANTAMIENTO DE INFORMACIÓN DEL ANÁLISIS OCUPACIONAL DE UN HOSPITAL

Resumen
La presente sistematización recoge la información de un proceso realizado durante la ejecución de un análisis ocupacional en una institución hospitalaria, del sur de la ciudad. El propósito del trabajo se centra en la determinación de los estilos de liderazgo según la teoría de Goleman, Boyatzis y McKee que fueron denotados por los coordinadores grupales y cómo estas características personológicas favorecieron al proceso realizado. Destacando que según estos autores para un adecuado cumplimiento de los objetivos planteados o para alcanzar un mejor desempeño cada coordinador debe evidenciar cuatro de los estilos mencionados en su constructo teórico (el orientativo, el democrático, el afiliativo y el formativo). Lo cual no fue alcanzado en su totalidad por los coordinadores de grupo. La metodología implementada fue la sistematización de experiencia que tiene como propósito la generación de conocimientos, mediante la reconstrucción de un proceso vivido durante la práctica pre- profesional en el proceso del servicio comunitario, que posee vital importancia para la obtención del título profesional otorgado por la Facultad de Ciencias Psicológicas de la Universidad de Guayaquil
The present systematization collects of a process made during the execution of an occupational analysis in a hospitable institution, of the south of the city. The intention of the work is centered in the determination of the leadership styles according to the theory of Goleman, Boyatzis and McKee that were denoted by the group coordinators and how these personológicas characteristics favored to the made process. Emphasizing that according to these authors for a suitable fulfillment of the raised objectives or to reach a better performance each coordinator must demonstrate four of the styles mentioned in his theory (the orientative, the democratic, the afiliativo and the formative). This was not reached in its totality by the group coordinators. The implemented methodology was the experience systematization that has like intention the generation of knowledge, by means of the reconstruction of a process lived during the professional practice pre- professional in the process of the communitarian service that has vital importance for the obtaining of the professional title granted by the Faculty of Psychological Sciences of the University of Guayaquil
