Resumen
El siguiente trabajo de sistematización está basado en la ejecución de un análisis ocupacional llevado a cabo en una institución hospitalaria de la ciudad de Guayaquil, durante el periodo de noviembre-enero del 2019. Realizado bajo un enfoque cualitativo de tipo descriptivo, centrado en la reconstrucción histórica narrativa-interpretativa, aplicando instrumentos para el levantamiento de información tales como guías de observación y guía de entrevista semiestructurada que aportaron en el desarrollo de nuestro eje principal el cual estaba orientado a describir de manera rigurosa como influye el no tener un rol establecido y como afecta a los colaboradores en su actividad laboral lo cual es de vital importancia para la mejora dentro de la institución
The following systematization work is based on the execution of an occupational analysis carried out in a hospital institution in the city of Guayaquil, during the period from November to January 2019. Carried out under a qualitative approach of a descriptive type, focused on reconstruction historical narrative-interpretative, applying tools for the collection of information, such as observation guides and a semi-structured interview guide, which contributed to the development of our main axis aimed at describing in a rigorous manner how it influences not having an established role and how it affects employees in their work activity that is of vital importance for improvement within the institution
