Resumen
El propósito del presente trabajo es mostrar los resultados de la sistematización de
experiencias realizadas en la empresa Tropicalfruit Export S.A. la cual se dedica a
la venta al por mayor y menor de banano y plátano.
El objetivo del proyecto es desarrollar el diagnóstico de las problemáticas
encontradas en el proceso de sistematización de selección de personal en la
empresa Tropicalfruit Export S.A.. revisar el proceso actual para diagnosticar y
detectar los errores que existen en el subsistema de selección, con el fin de mejorar
y brindar las recomendaciones que sean pertinentes. Se realizó un análisis detallado
gracias a la recolección de datos y a las facilidades que prestó el departamento de
Talento Humano de la empresa.
Los resultados contribuirán a la toma de medidas correctivas y desarrollo de
estrategias que permitan mejorar los procesos y garantizar el bienestar de los
colaboradores de la organización
The purpose of this paper is to show the results of the systematization of experiences carried out in the company Tropicalfruit Export S.A. which is dedicated to the wholesale and retail of bananas and plantains. The objective of the project is to develop the diagnosis of the problems found in the process of systematization of personnel selection in the company Tropicalfruit Export SA. To review the current process to diagnose and detect the errors that exist in the selection subsystem, in order to improve and provide recommendations that are relevant. A detailed analysis was made thanks to the data collection and the facilities provided by the Human Talent department of the company. The results will contribute to the taking of corrective measures and development of strategies that allow to improve the processes and guarantee the welfare of the collaborators of the organization
