La acción extraordinario de protección como garantía de los derechos constitucionales dentro de la sentencia N° 057-11-SEP-CC

Resumen
Para este estudio se hizo un análisis de la Sentencia N° 057-17-SEP-CC, que se refiere a la aplicación de la garantía jurisdiccional de la Acción Extraordinaria de Protección como mecanismo protector de los derechos constitucionales y de la garantía del debido proceso dentro de las causas judiciales. Para lo cual haremos una comparación en cuanto a los tiempos fijados en la normativa constitucional y la praxis jurídica cotidiana, para así aportar con mi opinión como estudiante de Derecho, en pro de que los derechos vulnerados sean restituidos con presteza y no con la espera de largos años, pues justicia que tarda no es justicia. Así concluyo que al vulnerarse un derecho, y al restituírselo, haciendo efectiva la Acción Extraordinaria de Protección, es solo un mero fragmento, pues luego hay que vigilar que también se cumpla con el mandato de ejecución en los tiempos legales establecidos. For this study an analysis was made of Judgment N ° 057-17-SEP-CC, which refers to the application of the jurisdictional guarantee of the Extraordinary Protection Action as a protective mechanism of the constitutional rights and the guarantee of the due process within the judicial causes. For which we will make a comparison in terms of the time set in the constitutional regulations and the daily legal practice, in order to contribute with my opinion as a law student, in favor of the rights that are violated to be restored with alacrity and not with the expectation of long years, because justice that takes time is not justice. Thus, I conclude that when a right is violated, and when it is reinstated, making the Extraordinary Protection Action effective, it is only a mere fragment, since then we must ensure that the execution mandate is also complied with in the established legal times.
