Resumen
Este trabajo de tesis con tema “Estudio y rediseño de malecón universitario en el campus Salvador Allende, Universidad de Guayaquil”, con ubicación en la provincia del Guayas ciudad de Guayaquil. Trata como punto principal potencializar los factores de crecimiento en la universidad logrando integrar el malecón universitario existente del campus, por lo cual se desarrolló el debido estudio encontrando varias problemáticas entre estas están: la falta de uso por parte del alumnado, debido a varias fallas en su infraestructura y paisajismo; falta de seguridad por la poca circulación de los estudiantes y pocas áreas para uso del alumnado. Por lo que en este proyecto nos enfocaremos en integrar este punto al campus, para darle una mayor relevancia y un aporte en áreas de uso comercial, áreas de estudio y recreación para los estudiantes, así por medio de este proyecto en general logremos integrar esta zona natural que posee.
The title of this thesis is “The study and redesign of the Malecón Universitario de Guayaquil” located in the province of Guayas and its city Guayaquil. The thesis will primary address how to strengthen the elements of growth in the univeristy in order to integrate the existing malecon to the rest of the univeristy campus. For this reason, the corresponding study was developed in which was found several problems such as: the low use from the students due to existing infrastructure problems and lack of sightseeing opportunities, lack of security due to the low number of students in the area. For instance, the thesis primarily will be focused on integrating the malecon to the campus in order to take advantage of pontential opportunities such as businesses, studying and recreation areas. By carrying out this project this natural area will be integrated into the campus life.
