Resumen
El trabajo fue realizado para ayudara a determinar el mejoramiento
del producto prolongándole su vida útil, para determinar los
problemas se realizaron técnicas como el diagrama de Causa-Efecto,
el análisis de Pareto, en las que se detectaron problemas operativos
en el manejo de las formulas, para esto se realizo un estudio de prefactibilidad
en la que mediante pruebas se pudo llegar al objetivo
deseado, satisfaciendo las necesidades del cliente y de la empresa,
ya que en las pruebas realizadas se mejoro la receta y se
disminuyeron los costos, esto a su vez le permite una mejor
manipulación en las bodegas ya que no se caducara tan rápido el
mismo. Para poder comprobar y llegar al objetivo nos basaremos en
las pruebas funcionales y análisis microbiológicos, los cuales deben
estar dentro de las especificaciones de calidad. Dado los resultados
esperados la inversión que se realizara esta dentro de los alcances
de la empresa y no necesitara apalancamiento financiero, el cual
tendrá una tasa de retorno de la inversión de tres años, lo que deja
satisfecho a la directiva.
