Planificación en la redistribución de ingresos en el cantón San Miguel de BolÍvar parroquia Bilovan con relación a la calidad de vida de los habitantes año 2011-2015

Resumen
La parroquia Bilován, ubicada en el cantón San Miguel, Provincia de Bolívar, cuenta con un patrimonio natural muy diverso, debido a su ubicación geográfica, que le posibilita tener un clima templado muy agradable. La poca población que existe en esta parroquia, aún conservan tradiciones y costumbres que aportan y se constituyen en patrones de vida, de ingresos y subsistencia para ellos, no obstante se complementan otras actividades económicas a raíz del adelanto social, cultural, turístico que promueven los organismos gubernamentales. Se fundamenta el presente a través del marco teórico, recopilando los principales conceptos que soportan en análisis y la síntesis del contexto socio-económico la parroquia de Bilován. La metodología, utiliza un enfoque mixto (cuantitativo y cualitativo), se levanta información mediante el análisis de componentes, destacando los de alto valor turístico y finalmente se diseña una propuesta de desarrollo turístico del territorio
The Bilován parish, located in San Miguel canton, Province of Bolívar, has a very diverse natural heritage, due to its geographical location, which allows it to have a very pleasant temperate climate. The small population that exists in this parish, still preserve traditions and customs that contribute and become patterns of life, income and subsistence for them, however other economic activities are complemented by the social, cultural, and tourism advance promoted by the Government agencies. The present is based on the theoretical framework, gathering the main concepts that support in analysis and the synthesis of the socio-economic context of the Bilován parish. The methodology uses a mixed approach (quantitative and qualitative), information is collected through the analysis of components, highlighting those of high tourist value and finally a proposal for tourism development of the territory is designed
