Resumen
El objetivo de presente trabajo investigativo es analizar y mejorar el
servicio de salud que brinda la clínica García en el área de ginecología.
Tiene justificativo en las siguientes causas: la aportación científica y
practica para mejorar la calidad del servicio; la implementación de los
recursos humanos y tecnológicos generara mayores ingresos, las
pacientes se convertirán en el mayor beneficiado, para la determinación
de las causas de los problemas se recopilo información mediante la
observación visual, entrevista, para conocer la situación actual utilizamos
FODA, se analizaron las causas que ocasionan los problemas aplicando
el DIAGRAMA ISHIKAWA; con el diagrama de Paretose prioriza las
causas del problema: se realiza la cuantificación del problema y esto
asciende a $33.000,00 se plantea las siguientes soluciones, la
adquisición e instalación de 2 ecógrafos y contratación del personal
especializado para su operación, el costo total de la propuesta es de $
63.060,00. Realizando el análisis financiero tenemos que la banca
financia el 70%de la inversión inicial y el 30% la clínica, y esta inversión
se recuperara en un lapso de 2 años 10 meses.
