Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación pretende minimizar los movimientos repetitivos aplicando el método REBA, el cual se realizó en el Taller RN Motors específicamente en el área de mantenimiento automotriz se utilizó el método de investigación descriptiva, cualitativa, esta investigación comprende un desarrollo progresivo de diferentes etapas que inicia con la metodología de investigación, donde se describirá los antecedentes así como aspectos metodológicos, en su segunda etapa se analizara la caracterización de la Empresa en su análisis de la situación actual utilizando el método y verificando las hipótesis, en su tercera etapa el taller tendrá los lineamientos de seguridad, de esta manera los trabajadores tendrían condiciones seguras de trabajo dando por terminada el diseño de la propuesta con las respectivas conclusiones y recomendaciones.
The present research intends to minimize the repetitive movements applying the REBA method, which was carried out in the RN Motors Workshop, specifically in the area of automotive maintenance. The descriptive andqualitative, research method were used. This research includes a progressive development of different stages which begins with the research methodology, where the background and methodological aspects will be described, in its second stage the characterization of the current situation of the company will be analyzed using the method and verifying the hypotheses. In its third stage the workshop will have the safety guidelines, in this way the workers would have safe working conditions, ending the design of the proposal with the respective conclusions and recommendations.
