Resumen
La presente investigación tiene la finalidad de mostrar el beneficio que se obtendrá con el diseño de un sistema de administración para sistematizar los procesos que se realizan en cuanto a la reservación de áreas sociales y comunes de las urbanizaciones en la ciudad de Guayaquil, modelando el sistema tradicional de reservaciones, de tal manera que sea de gran ayuda para llevar un control adecuado y sistematizado de las fases que se llevan a cabo para realizar esta acción. Cabe destacar que fue de suma importancia conocer cada uno de los procesos que se llevan a cabo para realizar esta acción, desde el momento de reservación hasta la liquidación de los eventos, pasando por varios procesos para lograr un servicio de calidad, también se dan a conocer cada una de las fases que se llevan a cabo para lograr un servicio de calidad con los propietarios, residentes o clientes que fue hasta donde se abarcó en esta investigación. Este trabajo investigativo constará de un módulo administrativo, que nos va a permitir corregir la pérdida de información y desorden a través de pantallas transaccionales que permitan tener el control y registro de las reservaciones y de esta manera el cliente, residente o propietario sea beneficiado con un proceso de alta eficiencia.
