Resumen
Se realizó un estudio en el Hospital Matilde Hidalgo de Procel acerca de las complicaciones, del desprendimiento prematuro de placentas normo inserta se ejecutó el estudio por medio de encuestas durante un periodo de 1 año, en el cual los resultados fueron que de 44 mujeres La edad promedio de las mujeres investigadas fue de 26 años y en su mayoría tenían entre 37 y 38 semanas de gestación. La principal causa del desprendimiento prematura de placenta normo inserta fue de origen idiopático, seguido de diabetes con ruptura prematura de membranas y anemia y es riesgo obstétrico es alto y la conducta más seguida tiene que ver con el feto vivo, signos de sufrimiento, La investigación efectuada demostró que la conducta terapéutica en el desprendimiento prematuro de placenta el procedimiento que se realizan en este caso termina en cesáreas segmentarias y en algunas ocasiones en técnica de Blynch e histerectomías.
