Análisis de la ausencia de un sistema de telecomunicación para la comunidad del Estero del Pescado en Caluma.

Resumen
Al norte de la provincia de Caluma se encuentra ubicado el sector llamado El Estero del Pescado, este sector siente constantemente la molestia de no percibir un buen servicio de telefonía móvil, la señal que llega al sector es de baja calidad y solo de unaoperadora la cual es la que la mayoría en el pueblo utiliza debido a esto los ciudadanos no pueden gozar de una comunicación adecuada por lo que deben buscar otros medios para poder hacerlo. Para poder constatar las razones por las que este lugar no recibe un nivel de señal adecuado se procedió a indagar según la perspectiva de los habitantes haciendo uso de herramienta de la investigación como lo es la encuesta, en la que se hizo notorio el malestar de los habitantes. Otra herramienta utilizada para obtener información fue una aplicación móvil con la que se obtuvo datos sobre el nivel de tecnología que los usuariosreciben y la cantidad de torres celulares que se encuentran en el sector de lo que se pudo obtener que sólo existe una torre que se encuentra ubicada al sur de Bolívar cerca del límite con Cañar. Para brindar la información sobre una posible solución se hizo uso del simulador de Air Link, con el cual según la ubicación geográfica delsector se hizo un análisis sobre los componentes del sistema de antenas repetidoras para el sector, lo cual, de ser implementado mejoraría la calidad de vida los habitantes porque podrían no solo recibir el servicio de telefonía móvil, sino que también podrían obtener otros como lo es el servicio de internet.
To the north of the province of Caluma is located the sector called El Estero del Pescado,this sector constantly feels the annoyance of not perceiving a good mobile phone service, the signal that reaches the sector is low quality and only one operator which is the one that the majority in town uses because of this the citizens can not enjoy anadequate communication reason why they must look for other means to be able to do it. In order to verify the reasons why this place does not receive an adequate signal level, it has beenproceeded to investigate according to the perspective of the inhabitants making use of the research tool, such as the survey, in which the discomfort of the populationwas evident. Another tool used to obtain information was a mobile application with which data was obtained on the level of technology that users receive and the number of cell towers that are in the sector from what could be obtained that there is only one tower that is located int the south of Bolivar near the border with Cañar. To provide information on a possible solution, the Air Link simulator was used, with which, depending on the geographical location of the sector, an analysis was made of the components of the repeater antenna system for the sectorwas made, which, if implemented, would improve the quality of life of the inhabitants because they could not only receive the mobile phone service, but they could also get others such as the internet service.
