Resumen
En este proyecto se busca investigar mediante un estudio de factibilidad si es viable crear una Comercializadora de Repuestos y Partes Automotriz de la marca Nissan, ubicado en el parque de negocios Nexus, al norte de Guayaquil, este proyecto esta direccionado a los dueños de los vehículos de la marca Nissan que residen en las diferentes urbanizaciones ubicada en la autopista Narcisa de Jesús, donde se está convirtiendo en una zona de residencias y afluencia de vehículos.
Se analizó el impacto económico que podría darse al instalar este negocio, entre los impactos fue la creación de fuentes de empleo y se pudo analizar que el proyecto es viable mediante los estudios financieros como es el VAN que tuvo un valor aceptable y una TIR adecuada para este tipo de negocios.
This project seeks to investigate through a feasibility study if it is feasible to create a Distributor and Automotive Parts Marketer of the Nissan brand, located in the Nexus business park, north of Guayaquil, this project is addressed to the owners of the vehicles of the Nissan brand that reside in the different urbanizations located on the Narcisa of Jesus highway, where it is becoming an area of residences and an influx of vehicles. The economic impact that could occur when installing this business was analyzed, among the impacts was the creation of employment sources and it could be analyzed that the project is viable through financial studies such as the NPV that had an acceptable value and an adequate IRR for this type of business.
