Resumen
Hablar de paisajes naturales, clima variado, diferentes culturas, todo ello lo podemos encontrar en un solo país llamado Ecuador, que en cuestión de dos horas o más uno puede pasar de un clima cálido que se encuentra en la Costa a un clima frio que lo obtiene la Sierra.
El Cantón Pajan de la Provincia de Manabí es un atractivo turístico, que posee mucho ambiente natural, manteniendo su propia historia como cultura, donde se puede disfrutar de áreas verdes (flora y fauna), ríos, etc. Que lo hacen merecedor de ser visitado por turistas nacionales y extranjeros.
Este cantón tiene lugares maravillosos y apropiados para desarrollar turismo de aventura y excursión gracias a sus grandes montañas donde existen cuevas, cascadas, y plantaciones.
El objetivo del presente proyecto es ofrecer una propuesta de turismo en la municipalidad de dicho cantón sobre la cultura organizacional del turismo en el Cantón Pajan, Manabí a los prestadores de servicios para que puedan brindar un mejor servicio hacia el turista quién visita a este hermoso lugar y que así puedan emprender negocios lucrativos, además de obtener valiosos conocimientos que ayudarán a la creación de sus propios negocios.
Talking about natural landscapes, varied climate, different cultures, we can all find it in a single country called Ecuador, which in a matter of two hours or more one can go from a warm climate found on the Coast to a cold climate that get the Sierra. The Pajan Canton of the Province of Manabí is a tourist attraction, which has a lot of natural environment, maintaining its own history as a culture, where you can enjoy green areas (flora and fauna), rivers, etc. That make it worthy to be visited by domestic and foreign tourists. This canton has wonderful and appropriate places to develop adventure tourism and excursion thanks to its large mountains where there are caves, waterfalls, and plantations. The purpose of this project is to offer a tourism proposal in the municipality of the canton on the organizational culture of tourism in Pajan Canton, Manabí to service providers so they can provide a better service to tourists who visit this beautiful place and so they can start lucrative businesses, in addition to obtaining valuable knowledge that will help the creation of their own businesses.
